Pie Dough Recipe

2 CupsEB All Purpose Flour Blend
1 TspSalt
2 TbspShortening
5-7 TbspIced Water
2 TbspPsyllium husk

  1. Mix flour and salt.
  2. \n
  3. Add shortening until fully incorporated. The texture will be crumbly.
  4. \n
  5. Add 5 Tbsp ice water until it sticks together, add more if needed.
  6. \n
  7. Add psyllium husk. Rest for 1-2 hours. (Not necessary, but it does make for a better crust).

  9. Divide dough in half. Roll out one crust, then the other.
